Battle Creek Civil Service Commission

Authorization
State Act #78 of 1935, was adopted by the voters on November 6, 1962. The Civil Service Commission oversees processes for hiring and promotion within the City of Battle Creek Fire Department.

Members must be City resident for one year, a county resident for three years, hold no other government office. No more than two of the same political party.

All meetings are at 4:00pm in Suite 301 on the third floor of City Hall, 10 N. Division, Battle Creek.
