In conformance with State law, Ordinance No. 11-93, approved July 13, 1993,
amended Part 14, Building and Housing Code, Title Six, Housing and Urban
Development, by the addition of Chapter 1463, Dangerous Buildings; Section
1463.03(5) provides for the appointment of a Hearing Officer with expertise in
housing matters.
