Authorization
Chapter 3, Section 3.7 of the Charter of the City of Battle Creek.

Purpose
To appoint the inspectors of elections and prescribe the procedure to be followed.

Three.  City Clerk as Chairman, City Attorney, City Assessor.  Cannot be expanded
