Battle Creek Historic District Commission

Authorization
Public Act 169 of 1970 of the State of Michigan provided for the establishment of a Historic District Study Commission; and further Ordinance No. 22-81, adopted October 6, 1981, allowed for the establishment of a Historic District Commission to implement said Ordinance.

Appointing Authority
Mayor with majority vote of City Commission.

All meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month, at 4:00 P.M., Commerce Pointe Bldg., Chamber of Commerce Board Room, 77 E. Michigan Ave., Battle Creek, MI 49017.
